I love Depop, however I do believe it is the user's responsibility to look for clues about scams. They are everywhere online. It's like in school when you learn what sources are reliable. Every time I've had a question, the employees reach out within 12 hours. They are so understanding and helpful. Thank you, Depop!
Sorry to hear you've had an issue with your rating! Please note, your buyers have 3 days to rate or request a return. Once the 3 day period has ended without your buyer rating or requesting a return, Mercari will attempt an auto rating. If the auto rating has not completed the transaction, a Mercari agent can complete the transaction for you. However, please keep in mind, in order for a rating to be issued by a Mercari agent, we'll need confirmed delivery from tracking, and an attempted auto-rating.
