Shouldn't have to choose a star because they're worse than 1 star. This was the first and only time I have ever tried using Grubhub and got ripped off. In the process of placing the order with the "free delivery" code and a message came up saying the code could only be used with my 1st order. I WAS ONLY PLACING 1 ORDER! It never completed my order but it charged my card. Tried to find a customer service number but none exist. Had to go through their chat, which was worthless & extremely slow to even get a number *******085) to call. Got through faster by calling the number only to be told someone from a different department will have to get back to me within 48 hours. That was after the guy asked me for a confirmation number for the order after I already told him THE ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH! So how can I have a confirmation number? This business is horrible and I'm really sorry I didn't research them first before trying to use them.
