The baddest service cant work with this company, they are cheaters its been over 20 days i have not received my ordered materials and because of company's mistake customs now have panalised with *******Rs & more and after paying full price of the materials i am not even getting products. This company Shenzhen Vicdow Industrial Co. Has a Manager who is a cheater in his field named Johnny Liao.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND WILL NEVER ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKE AND U WILL NOT EVEN GET YOUR PRODUCTS AS WELL AS MONEY REFUND

I want to lodge a complain against Shenzhen Vicdow Industrial Co. Ltd.
Manager Name- Johnny Liao.
I had ordered 3 products from this company and everything about products quantity and rates was finalled on dated 22/8/2018
I had given all my details and my visiting card on 23/8/2018 to the company which company required from me
I was waiting for the contract and on 28/8/2018 i told the company/manager and chatted with him that i have still not received the contract. Note-This was the 3rd follow up i took from the company on alibaba's messenger that i have still not received the contract. Follow up dates are as follows: 25/8/2018, 27/8/2018 and the 3rd on 28th august 2018. At that i got the contract finally.
I made the full payment with shipping on 29/8/2018. They didn't even bother to confirm me that they have received the payment.
On 31/8/2018 i told them to correct my mobile number as it was incorrect in the draft send by them. And i send my both the mobile numbers which were already there in my visiting card that i had already sended to Shenzhen Vicdow Industrial Co. On 23/8/2018.
But they are least bother about the service and they are so irresponsible that they only wrote my 1 number and that to incorrect and didn't wrote my both the 2 numbers which i had given to them atleast 3 times including my visiting card well before they send the shipment to my country. (My right mobile number is *******209 and company wrote *******4209)
And as a result Customs here in my country tried contacting me on *******4209 which was incorrect number given by Shenzhen Vicdow Industrial Co. There was a free shipping for 2 days only and now Customs are asking for penalty which is very high.
If company had written my right mob number or have written both the numbers this would not have happen. I requested my money return from Shenzhen Vicdow Industrial Co. As it was their mistake and instead they called my country Ridiculous, just not acceptable. I have all the screen shots
