Ordered a lipstick 26th October and now it's exactly one month later and have still not received my order.
Have emailed twice and they keep asking for order number. They must have it if they told me that it had been sent with tracking details.
Still waiting.
Will not use this site again.

“Return policy”

Retuning my ordere has been impossible. I have been offered my garment for half price if I keep it why would I want to keep it if it doesnt fit properly. No address given as to where to return and process to return so complicated. I now have paid for something which is of no use to me from a site which says Easy Return Policy. Will never use this site again or recommend.
