I ordered 2 pairs of boots, waited 3 weeks and then chased them up to find out where they were. Was told that they couldn't find one of the boots and were looking at their other stores.
I cancelled the whole order, it should not take 3 weeks and a complaining customer to communicate that there may be a delay or cancellation in the order, especially where their site guarantees delivery in 7 days. I asked to cancel and get a refund but at the last minute they miraculously located the order and express posted it... to the wrong address. Now I will have to go collect it from where they sent it, during business hours of course so will have to leave work or get someone else to collect it even though I ordered it to go to my parcel locker next to my work. I am quite frankly amazed at the level of incompetence demonstrated. At this point I'm actually pretty cynical about it being the right order or even intact.
