I have never experienced this customer service. I paid cancellation insurance and tried to rescheduled my flight. Now the rescheduling flight is more than double of the ticket price. They do not recognize if you are sick, dying or any reason to cancel scheduled flight the fees are a must and they cost more than purchasing new ticket. Scam artists this is what JustFly is. They outsource their customer support overseas and it takes couple hours of nerve breaking transfers from agent to agent to get someone to speak. After 3 hours I am about to hung up because I cannot handle this any more. When they charge your credit card they send 20 transactions from $1 to couple of $100 so they are trying to scam you and confuse you. They do this on purpose to you because this way you do not know what you paid and what you did not pay.
