I shopped through them to buy my home windows. I placed multiples orders for windows as a had some coupon. They charged me for 2 months and then cancelled my account saying that i was using my account for business and did not pay a penny as cash back. They let you collect cash back in the account and when the amount becomes significant they cancel your account without paying a penny...
