I ordered the gallery tote from the Vday collection, then got very concerned after seeing the reviews here. Maybe because I ordered after the Holiday mail debacle, but not sure... either way, ordered on a Sat 1/23 (item was in stock) and they shipped UPS. Arrived Wens 1/27, so within 3 business days. Bag was exactly as advertised & am pleased with the size.
