My package stuck in Fedex facility for a few days, I contacted BG, they said they are going to send me a replacement, asked me to wait for confirmation email, which never came. So I asked for a few times, the recent customer service person said she did some research and CANCEL my claim. I still haven't got my product which I paid for, or any replacement or any refund, and my claim was cancelled. I can't believe it. Speechless.
