I simply can't believe the amount of issues there are with this service. At least once a month something happens where our customers don't receive receipt emails, or can't place their order, or we can't process the funds, or SOMETHING.

I have spent five hours over the last two days trying to get them to help us with an issue that their server is having. I'm not sure if (after hour five) I finally go through to them because I had to pause in waiting for their response to answer a customer call.

The first time I called, even though I called the specific 1shoppingcart number, I got the web.com people who had nothing to do with the cart. That person transferred me to someone else who also had nothing to do with the cart. That person transferred me again and eventually, this charade ended in a client satisfaction survey and no one to actually help me. My second call didn't get through to anyone at all and was disconnected after an hour due to some error.

I can't express enough my frustration with this service. It is absolutely terrible and not worth any amount of money. Please don't waste your time.
