Customer services is terrible, they play games and bounce you around from person to person.
Booked for a "4 star" hotel
After seeing where we stayed I googled the hotel and it was a 2.5 star hotel on every other website.

“STAY AWAY”

Waited for over two months while tracking my package the. It shows delivered and I never received it. Ive sent several emails to customer service and have not received one response back... just terrible
