Our trip was canceled last year due to Covid, when we went to use our credit for a new trip. There were several stipulations. 1. We had to rebook using the same Airline. Which the flight we had looked was a different airline. I had already booked my family on the other flight. Therefore now, my family and I will be separate. 2. Because I had booked Economy on our first flight, I now have to on my new trip, which now costs double what I expected. Customer Service was horrible and was a huge inconvenience. I do not recommend booking with them

Very sorry she had a bad experience, unfortunately as a travel agency we must follow the fare rules mandated by the airlines. The fare had gone up and we had to collect the fare difference, this would have happened even it was booked directly with the airline or any other travel agency. She agreed to the add collect! We also waived off $20.00 per person add collect to help with the additional expenses.
