My personalized blanket was printed incorrectly. I contacted the company multiple times and sent pictures of the error. The only response I ever got one was saying this is a "busy time of year" for them and I never got any other reply. It's been over a month now. They also charged way too much for basic shipping, $25 for a light blanket that probably actually cost $5 to mail.
UPDATE: I kept reaching out to the company out of principle and now 10 months later, they have told me there was a 3 month time period in which they could help me, which is long gone now. How enraging to have attempted so many times to get help during that time with no success and then have them tell me that...
