I'm pleased with my experience. My items arrived in about two days. One item was unavailable at local stores, and the other was cheaper (since the quantity was unavailable locally). It's now a top place I consider when I look for drugstore-related items.

No big problems... I ordered a game capture recorder and it arrived within the week. The delivery person delivered it on the second try (someone was home the first try - maybe they didn't ring the bell?). Anyway, it works and and the price is one of the lowest I found anywhere.

I had a good experience. Based on other reviews I've seen, I would check their return policy and order carefully if I order again.

I ordered an item, and it arrived relatively quickly. I had no problems, and I'm pleased with my experience.

The ordering process was easy and it allowed me to calculate shipping before even signing up. My items arrived in reasonable time. I was happy with my order, but because things are a little more expensive than I'd like, I haven't shopped here very often.

I ordered several items from them years ago and it was all fine. Then I ordered an expensive set of DVDs, and they arrived in cracked cases. No wonder - they were shipped in a bag instead of packed in a box. I wanted it fixed and they expected me to pay for return shipping. I did, because I wanted the DVDs and cases back in good condition, but I've never ordered from them since.

I kept contacting SolidTrustPay to fix it so that I could log in, and they told me they solved the problem, and yet I couldn't log in. Once I replied to their email and it went through, but twice I replied and my email bounced back - it wears me out to keep asking for help and nothing gets fixed. They offer for you to rate tickets, but you can only rate them if you can log in.

I also asked them to fix their Help Centre link, because it's an untrusted connection. They said "Ticket Resolved" and nothing changed. I expect a little more credibility from a site that deals with finances. I decided if I couldn't trust them
To fix technical issues I couldn't trust them with money, either. At least they removed my account (or so they say).

I ordered something and other than acknowledging an order, I didn't hear a word about it for over a week. Finally I asked them and they told me it was backordered. I don't mind dealing with backorders sometimes, but I don't appreciate the lack of communication. I cancelled it and ordered from somewhere else... would have gotten it over a week sooner if I hadn't dealt with this site.
