Groupon has their head in their AS*! Horrible customer service. Ordered a t-shirt, they sent to the wrong address without asking for the right address. Then I can talk to Groupon, forced to talk to a "third party vendors" meaning a Chinese based company with NO CONTACT INFORMATION! SO NOW THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED AND I AM TOLD IF ANF ONLY IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNES TO THEM, DO I GET MY MONEY BACK. Absolutely bull****. I caught this the VERY next day but because of the way Groupon takes care of their customers, I want able to really be in contact with someone until 4 days in, and a computer emails me, and at 3am. How unbelievably $#*!. Horrible experience and I will NEVER use Groupon again. Save yourself the headache if ANYTHING goes wrong..
