Buyer of expensive item claims he did not receive the item when tracking clearly shows delivery was made. The buyer had already purchased a similar item in a previous transaction and that item also arrived according to the tracking info. After dispute, Ebay ruled in favor of the buyer and issued a refund to the buyer, then debited my account which then debited my paypal account, which then debited my checking account. I am closing my Ebay account and will no longer be a seller or buyer.
