The website says that someone will respond to an email within 2 hours (during working hours). I emailed on Thursday regarding an item they were selling, but no one responded. I emailed again on Monday but again I received no response. I then called the number on the website and a lady answered with a grumpy "hello". Very unprofessional. She said she was in a meeting and would call me back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, after not hearing from her, I called again. The item I bought has to be (they told me) hand-delivered as other customers found that this particular item arrives damaged. I asked which day it would arrive and was told she would have to arrange with the delivery driver. I put my order through via the website, expecting to be told at some point when to expect it (as I had given the days Wednesday, Thursday and Friday where I would be at home). I text the next day to ask (again) if she could let me know which day she had arranged the delivery for (to save me sitting in the house for 3 straight days) and surprise surprise, she has failed to get back to me. I sent another email and nothing. It is incredibly frustrating to be ignored when you a customer and are giving their business your money! I have found this website to be shockingly unprofessional and a disgraceful service.
