Most everything on T9 is available from REI, a co-op with far better environmental practices, and ofter better prices. REI and other outdoor retailers provide more info about the products - for example, the manufacturer, which T9 routinely hides to make it more difficult for customers to shop around.
T9's pitch is the great outdoors but their marketing practices are destroying it. Women-owned or not, such hypocrisy is unacceptable.
The catalogs. They're relentless, and good luck stopping them. T9 ignores catalogchoice.org and DMA filings. I mistakenly bought one item from T9 in 2016, got a wave of catalogs, FINALLY got off that list.
Then they tracked every USPS change of address, so further waves, each of which have taken multiple steps to cancel.
Every time, a promise that they'll never ever send me another catalog. I'll never be shed of T9 catalogs, nor will you if you get on their list.
