Placed an order using a gift card I received. Had to contact them a month later to find out where my order was. They said the fabric I ordered was on backorder. 3 more backorder notifications were emailed to me over the next 4 months. When the fabric I ordered was finally back in stock, they could no longer process the card I originally used because my card information had changed. They said I needed to call, which I kept forgetting to do. They cancelled my order after a week. Had to contact them about being refunded the gift card amount. They are at least responsive, but this whole stupid experience could've been avoided if they had indicated the fabric I chose was on backorder BEFORE I ordered it. As soon as I use up this gift card, I will not be shopping this store again.
