I bought a hover board for my daughter for Christmas, had it two days before it broke. Called they were sending out a shipping label and nothing. Kept calling they were sending out, they got someone new but it was coming. I even told them on my last phone conversation that I was contacting the BBB and NOTHING. Contacted the BBB (what a joke) they sent out two letters and of course got no reply. So my review gets to go on the BBB website under this company that it. I get a piece of broken crap hover board that is taking up space and they get my money. The BBB did tell me to file a complaint with NJ Attorney General which I did.
