I purchased a refurbished Nintendo Switch from bestbuysale. Site via the Google Shopping App prior to their removal. Silly me, thinking I was saving $40. The website has very professional graphics. This was now a month ago and the invoice promised 2 day shipping, then later "guaranteed" an 8-10 day time frame. The site has a physical US address, but they are located in China. Their phone numbers and all contact information are invalid. They do not provide "24 hour customer service". They did eventually provide a tracking number for a "small packet" (obviously not containing a Nintendo Switch... going to go out a limb here and say it is a genuine fidget spinner, lol) to Paypal resolution, which has delayed any prospect of receiving a refund before the holiday... as it sits in customs in Fouzhou. Infuriating. PayPal is conducting an investigation for fraudulent use but they are, at the moment, still allowed to process payments. Don't look here for any after Christmas bargains on Nintendo products, it's a trap!
