I placed an order on the 20th, my card was declined due to incorrect billing information. But my card was still charged four times. I called someone to speak to them about these transactions, I was told that it would take 72 hours for the charges to be returned... here it is the 25th, and it's still not reflecting on my account. I've tried to call each number found for sally's, and each time I got an automated message saying " our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8AM-7pm, our offices are currently closed, you can reach us by email......" It is Monday at 8:30AM, where is my money Sally's?
