A 15month old refused a visit to see Father Christmas with her parents and bother despite no queue and grotto staff advising there would see us and making the hours trip in car. Customer service manager wouldn't even speak to us in person but told us over the phone we should have booked in September! She didn't care there was no queue or grotto staff said they would see us. A totally ruined family outing. So very disappointed and upset for my kids who had to go home without see Father Christmas.
