I have been a very long-time user of MyPoints. Over the last couple of years this site has become very difficult to use in that you earn the points and they aren't rewarded and you have to jump through hoops to get the points you earned. Now they don't even bother to respond to support tickets, they just close the request without rewarding the points or responding in any way. Basically, they are stealing from their users. Absolutely not worth it!

This company is a SCAM. A couple of months ago they had a different name, and changed it when that scam ran dry. They purposefully send you the wrong product and tell you they are happy to refund you but YOU have to pay to return it back to China. They know this will cost more than the refund and people won't do it. People also won't do it, since they send you the wrong product THEY are responsible for correcting this issue. ABSOLUTEY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Or Top Stuff Store their previous scam.

PayPal is great as long as you never need customer service. I was recently scammed by a compan - they took my money but didn't send me what I ordered. I paid with PayPal so I filed a dispute. PayPal sided in favor of the scammers. I tried talking to customer service about this because clearly they wouldn't aid criminal activity. Nope, I was wrong. Apparently, they would. Not to mention talking to customer service was it's own trial. Half the time their responses seemed canned and didn't have anything to do with what I was disputing.

Ordered Xmas gifts on 11/25 and still haven't received. They create tracking numbers but don't actually ship the products then. I received a tracking number thinking my order shipped, it didn't. Then I received another tracking number, apparently the whole order didn't ship. Won't get this one for Xmas. They don't care. Horrible customer service and I haven't even found out if the product is any good. Absolutely would NEVER recommend this company or purchase from again.
