I love taking classes at ILKB in Lakewood, CO. The classes are challenging, yet fun. The staff is very knowledgeable and encouraging. With time constraint, I am only able to go 1 day a week and I still lost weight and felt better almost immediately. Highly Recommended!

I ordered some headphones from this company and 2 months later, I still have not received them. They will not return my emails and when they do they give me the run around saying they have sent me an email and it must have went to my spam. They do not return phone calls and no one is there to chat with. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered, but am surprised that no one has taken legal action against them.

*Do not get drawn in by their low prices. You will not get your item, but they will still take your money.
