“Unable to cancel, not helpful”

I called a day late to cancel my auto ship, company was not helpful. Personally I like buying from places that are accommodating. In this case, I had just divorced abd moved and called one day late to cancel my auto ship (still had enough) and they refused. I understand, and yet I won't buy from them again bc I as I say I prefer companies who are understanding (at least once) if particular circumstance arise.
