Whether it's direct tv att hbo at any given moment one of these platforms stops working. Finding the sweet spot we're both or all three works is a rareity. At home, att internet works at snail speed even when no one else is on it. As soon as I pull in my drive and go from data to my WiFi that I pay for every month my phone will stop. No one home. Direct tv is glitchy, screws up recordings and due to slow internet often doesn't work. Hbo whether at home or on mobile RARELY works. My husband has a system down to make it work. Go upstairs record a show from hbo on that tv then once it records we can watch it downstairs. Can't just go straight to source. When traveling and trying to use hbo, I always lock myself out with an unknown error message that doesn't have anything to do with wrong log in, have to wait an hour, reset my password, which takes 3-4 tries because when I enter new password and confirm password, there's a glitch in THAT system that says the two don't match, even though I know they do and try it over and over. So then, I finally reset my password, get back to app, enter new accepted password and BOOM another error message. Nothing ever works. This is why my household is going to NO CABLE PROVIDER and we will switch internet providers simply out of spite. We don't have time to do all this but I'm so sick of being frustrated with this trifecta of poor apps, service, and technology. And if we lose hbo because we have to have a provider than so be it. I just want to log on to my phone iPad TV and for once have it actually work without the run around. Horrible.
