Complete lack of customer service and shoddy product. This is based on my experience, plus a friend's experience: The slippers broke (the air pocket popped) within an hour or two of (normal!) use. The company failed to return numerous calls and e-mails. Save yourself lots of time, money, and your child's tears and don't waste your time with these swindlers
