ILKB-Medford has such a welcoming, friendly staff that is always helpful during class. The studio is clean and the atmosphere is great - definitely a judgment free feeling in this place! I am beyond glad I decided to join and look forward to every class. If you want something that will keep you motivated and accountable come to ILKB-Medford and give it all you got.
