One of the worst customer service experiences. I placed my order and forgot to choose upgraded shipping so I immediately emailed them and the rep told me that there was nothing they could do as their order ship out so quickly and that I should just order againa nd then send the initial shipment back (paying twice for shipping and return fees), I would understand this is the order shipped out quickly, it did not ship for 4 more days. The shipment was held for over 10 days (even though it should have gotten to me in 4-5 business days) and when I tried to contact customer service they wouldn't get back to me, and when they did they didn't respond to any of my grievances, or even try and help.
