I had already had enough patience with this seller, but now it has already ended. They disappointed me a lot, they are much different than they were when I started to buy to them. I think I have more cancelled orders, because of defective products or others that haven't even reached my house, than those with which I stayed and now I wanted to return an item back that I received on 10th August, but first they didn't answer my emails or calls and after that week, when I can't answer because I went to the hospital they decided to answer. After talking a lot with them they gave me more two weeks than expected to return the item, but now they don't want to refund me and say that they haven't received the package yet and they are trying to difficult my ways to prove that I sent it to get what they want. The worst part was when they even called me liar when I said that I have already had a situation like this with them and the proves that I showed were perfectly enough on that time so why aren't they enough this time?
