IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE FlightHub 0 STARS!

My Fiance' & I had been saving for months to purchase our honeymoon tickets. We waited for the best deal & came across FlightHub, we were super excited to find such a great deal that we jumped on the deal and purchased them right away. We waited for a confirmation email that night but figured we'd check it in the morning. The next morning we received an email saying our reservation needed "IMMEDIATE ATTENTION" I called the FlightHub agent right away and they said "because I used a debit card they were unable to complete the process of our reservation, I said that's fine may I use a credit card & still have our reservation & same price?" "They said yes we will hold your reservation for 24 hrs. I called back with my credit card information and the guy said our reservation was all confirmed, as soon as I hung up the phone I received an email saying our reservation was CANCELLED! By this time I was super frustrated, called back to the 4th agent "she said because I used 2 different cards that they would have to cancel our reservation & rebook. I was super annoyed but was fine as long as they didn't charge either of our cards. I checked my bank account they pulled the money which was over $1,000 out of my account. Call them back this time I'm pissed! Each time I called they gave me a different story. Call them back a 5th time in tears from frustration "they said it's up to our bank that the money wasn't actually pulled from our account that it's just a holding fee" Which is B. S. because they shouldn't be able to pull any money from a debit card if they don't accept debit cards in the first place. I waited til my Fiance' got home from work to call a 6th time and he requested to talk to a manager. "the lady said it's a waste of your time that the manager will just say the same thing" (which is completely unprofessional to say) My fiance' finally was able to talk to a manager which he explained the whole story. The lady was no help at all, my Fiance' asked for a mailing address to send in a bank statement and they gave him a personal email. They said they didn't have an actual building to send anything to. My Fiance' was still talking to the manager, she refused to investigate and return the money that was taken out of our account, she ended up hanging up on him for no reason! The ONLY way we got our money back was to file a fraud report through our bank!

I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I suggest no one ever consider going through them either.
