I placed my order and paid for an express shipping. I needed it to arrive on friday for an event. When i checked the tracking on friday the ups failed to deliver it because they messed up my zip code! So frustrating! Why can't you check the address you are shipping to? Needless to say that i canceled the order and had to run around looking for smth else to wear. Well, at least i got my money back..

I ordered a dress from them for my bday a week in advance and it was shipped the next day and was supposed to arrive in 3 days. But 5 days later the usps tracking number stated that my package was rerouted to another state! I contacted them about my order 'cause i had only two days left till my bday and still no package! When i still didn't have my dress the next day, they sent me a brand new replacement dress with the overnight saturday shipping for free! Totally saved my day. Great customer service!
