3 months ago I bought my wife the ring she's always wanted! The Eternal Love Bundle. These are two rings that are meant to be used together and my wife always gets compliments. So much so that my best friend is getting his wife-to-be the same bundle of rings! (was going too...)
Now you may ask why I'm on the fence and it boils down to the email I received this morning from the customer service department of Moon Magic. Yesterday my wife grabbed some clothes out of the dryer and they got caught on the ring. Not a big deal she thought, but when trying to take off the ring it was harder than expected. After looking closely at the ring, the stone base on the ring had been bent forward and the ring itself became slightly misshapen instead of a circle.
My wife was crying over the damage that was done to the ring. How could something like a rose gold ring bend sooo easily with the weight of some clothes? Should she remove her rings when every she does anything with her hands?
The ring itself is still misshapen and serval smaller stones have fallen out and now we get back to Moon Magic's customer service. I noted that my wife's ring was damaged and would like to have some help considering the price tag and the response was NOPEEE. They said, "You are welcome to make use of our regular discounts and promos available via the website and newsletter to get a replacement if you would like it.".
Obviously, they don't care to even help. After spending $1,300 on these rings I thought they would at least ask for a picture or offer to repair it with a fee or discuss other options but that seems like a hard NO. Although we have the 1-year warrenty, it doesn't seem to be worth anything.
If you are looking to get their less expensive items, then go for it. ITEMS WITH EXPENSIVE PRICE TAGS SHOULD BE PURCHASED FROM JEWELERS WHO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND NOT MOON MAGIC.
I'm still trying to work with the company so if you're on the fence look for my update and you can decide for yourself.

For our diamond rings, we offer an extended 1-year warranty but as we already advised you, damages accidentally caused by the customer are not covered by the warranty. We are very sorry about that.
