Its Nuts, I am currently dealing with CARID who does not have any fast service, customer service, or even the right parts. Rock auto gave me an estimate shipping day of Thursday. It came on Monday, 3 days earlier than expected with the right parts too. Im pretty content being that its competitor is not doing a very good job.
Tip for consumers: UI is very user friendly! no need for instructions if you have been searching car parts on other sites. I like it better than auto zone and o'reiley, the 2 main competitor brands.
Products used: Bought 2 front sway bars for my 1996 ford thunderbird
I bought 2 shock assemblies and first time was my fault, trash labeling so instead of buying the left and the right i bought 2 lefts. So i dealt with the week long wait for my corrected part and received it with weather damage to the rubber seals and it did not fit my car. Its been 3 weeks now since the issue first came up. Now im on a waiting list for them to "contact" the manufacturer.
