Still waiting... NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE... I dont know what to do. If anyone from Walmart reads this. Please help!

The online customer service is useless and is in India... They basically listens to your complaints. Says that they have 'escalated' your request. And nothing happens on the Canadian side... I have talked with Shruti, Prithvi, Moumita and their boss Cesar from... No resolution, just lies. I know Walmart is slightly cheaper but that comes with a cost. I have called 8 times and I have 4 case escalation numbers **************, ************** etc.). Will NEVER EVER BUY AGAIN. Just pray I get my money back. Attached is my 'refusal of delivery' notice.

Tip for consumers:
DONT BUY if you think you MAY need to return...You are screwed then like I am.

Nothing....I tried to call within 12 hours to cancel my order. But Walmart has a 30 min return window..If you are out of that window, you are out of luck. I have been calling since 26th December to cancel before the TV order was shipped..However, the TV was shipped and they charged me 75 dollars for delivery. Then I refused delivery (attached document), in mid-January. I swallowed the delivery charges and just now want my item price back....NO RESPONSE. ..Still waiting for refunds..after 1 month of refusal of delivery..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I am scheduled to fly to Hong Kong from Sydney next week. But there is a huge coronavirus scare and the city is practically shut down. I want to cancel my tickets... but the first time I was cut off after 40 minutes of holD. Next time it was 1.5 hours AND i WAS CUT OFF AGAIN. I am right now on my 3rd attempt. And it has been 2 hours plus. And holding...
Never again... Once they have got your money. It is upto you to deal with whatever comes next.

The price of tickets are cheaper than anywhere and that is why I got it. But then I had to cancel and the drama began. I cancelled my flight on 28th November (## 002-636-482) and am still waiting for my money. They keep on delaying the payment and lying about it. I have talked to Jurene, Mels, Theo, Lyca and April (all Filipinos from Phillipines call center) and they just lie. No matter what you say in the first call will be forgotten in your next call. They even scammed a credit card number and charged me 150$ as cancellation fees without ever processing a refund..
