My order placed on 21 Feb was shipped on 13 March (delay in shipment probably due to Chinese New Year). However the delivering company (postal services) returned my order to sender alleging that the address was incomplete. I wonder why wasn't I called when my phone number was available. Anyway, NewChic promptly responded when I complained and arranged refund immediately which I appreciate unlike my experience with few other reputed online shopping firms who swindled me and have not delivered, its been more than a year since I placed order.
My earlier 2 orders with NewChic were delivered to me without any issues so I hope that this experience is a one off case

Caseboss is a scam. My order hasn't been delivered for over a year and my requests for refund have been ignored. Other than calling this disaster as an 'unusual incident' in December last year, there has been no response from Caseboss since then.
Such unscrupulous operators should not be permitted to transact business

My order Ce-******* was allegedly lost in transit by Cellrizon's delivery company. Its been more than a year and I did not get my refund. All my reminders are unanswered.
Cellrizon is a scam, stay far far away from them
