I love everything about UrbanDecay. They are a big part of my Christmas shopping. Sometimes it may seem expensive but after you receive product you will see they could have charged more compared to others.

Fast shipping. The only bad thing is there is too much to choose from and I want it all. When I try something new I am happy with it and that's saying alot because of the different scents. They are all wonderful.

When they changed to free two day delivery I thought for sure there is no way. No annual fee and two day delivery for Walmart products. And some are less expensive than in the store. Need I say more?

Fast shipping, great products. I have never had to return and everything is as described or better. They have almost everything I need and rarely have to go elsewhere for products.

Shipping very slow and they sent me wrong shoes. I have to pay to ship back and wait months before they credit my account. Very rude. Angry at me for not keeping their mistake instead of wanting the shoes I ordered.
