Like the free shipping and selection. Prices may be a little higher, but assume that's because shipping is free.

I ordered a 'wheel kit' for my dishwasher because it was either get this kit or get a new dishwasher! The rack that rolled out would literally fall out of the dishwasher because, with broken brackets, the wheels were turning sideways and couldn't roll. Not long-term tenable.

Before I came to this site I'd ordered just a bracket to hold the wheel from Amazon for approx. $9.00 (yes -- one plastic bracket that probably costs 10 cents to make). Since our wheels were fine, we only needed the brackets to hold them to the shelf, and we needed 6 (6 brackets x $9 at Amazon = $54!).

So after confirming the $9 bracket worked, I searched for cheaper ones, and came across a FULL KIT with 8 wheels and 8 brackets (!) that totaled approx. $31.00 here at AppliancePartsPros.

WOW! I was thrilled. Under $31 for the WHOLE KIT including wheels, vs $54 for just 6 brackets. I read the reviews and was a bit hesitant. A lot of TERRIBLE reviews here.

Anyway, I decided it was worth the risk for 30 bucks and ordered them.

The tracking was great. The ship time was excellent. When the package arrived via FedEx, I opened it and found... one wheel. Just one wheel.

SCAM, I shouted! I should have listened to those reviews!

Then, in my anger, I wrote an email and asked for it to be dealt with by end of day. No response. That was Thursday early afternoon.

I called the 877# on the receipt on Thursday eve at 6pm and waited about 25 minutes for a rep. I spoke with a very lovely woman who listened and started the replacement process for the RIGHT parts. She asked me to send a photo -- which I immediately did. She said it was "for the manufacturer," but as my picture showed, the SEALED wheel and had the correct part number for the kit manually written on the wheel bag, but it was NOT the kit. So this was NOT a manufacturing mistake.

The next morning (Friday) I got an email saying to keep the wrong item JUST IN CASE for 30 days and then I could toss it if they didn't need me to send it back at their expense. This new rep also sent a Fed Ex tracking number.

Saturday morning -- I have the KIT (the WHOLE kit) in my possession and installed.

I was tempted to rate them 4 stars because they DID resolve the issue without difficulty BUT I decided on 3 because it clearly should not have happened this way in the first place.

End result: I have the right product at a price I'm happy with. Customer service was easy to deal with and took care of it quickly.

I had 2 pairs of glasses made. First, they say I sent the wrong prescription for one pair. To test several glasses makers, at the same time I ordered from ZENNI. Zenni asked me to SEND THE PRESCRIPTIONS when they weren't sure the glass prescription made sense. Turns out, I mis-entered something. That's MY bad, but Zenni checked, Lensabl did not. I didn't see (on Lensabl) the option to attach a prescription but they said the option was there.

But here's the REAL problem... The second set of glasses was the CORRECT prescription. I tried out the glasses and I was OK with them... until a few days after having them, I went to the theatre and EVERYTHING IN THE DISTANCE WAS A BLUR. I changed to my other set of lenses and they were perfect.

So blame me for a wrong prescription, fine -- my bad. But for the right prescription? The glass was TERRIBLE.

DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM LENSABL. Bad customer service, PUSHY, and BAD PRODUCT.

I had a great experience with Zenni which was half the price, and Warby Parker which was more expensive but better quality.

STAY AWAY FROM LENSABL.

I was surprised to see how good the glasses were given how inexpensive they are. I bought two pairs and had great communication from China (where they obviously make their products) even as China was shutdown with the coronavirus.

Two things:

1) SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION. Lensabl messed up my order and then gaslit me. Zenni, on the other hand, when they weren't sure the prescription was as I'd listed, asked me to send the prescription and sent two perfect pairs of glasses. So don't just fill in the numbers on any of the websites -- upload your prescription. That said, Zenni seems to check on prescriptions.

2) I can't honestly say how quickly lenses will arrive. I think they take a long time -- but my experience was in February -- again during the onslaught of coronavirus -- so it took about a month from order to receipt. Still, it cost 50% of what I paid at Warby Parker so a little wait if you can do it, isn't horrible. The frames don't feel QUITE as sturdy at the Warby Parker frames I bought, but they are perfectly fine and I'm happy with both companies. The Zennis took longer to make but the Warby Parker glasses also took a while (as did the Lensabl lenses only).

Unlike Lensabl that messed up my prescription with a substandard product on my prescription with the CORRECT figures, Zenni's materials seem solid all around. Warby Parker's too -- just a bit more expensive than the others.

I'll buy from here again when I need new glasses.

Warby Parker and Zenni Optical are my go-to for glasses now.

My experience with Warby Parker:

I bought some glasses at their store in NYC. I wanted to try something 'new' but when the prescription came in 2 weeks later, I realized they didn't feel right on my face. Felt terrible but when I talked to the salesperson at Warby Parker, she was like: "Hey! If you don't like them, let's return them and find you ones you like better." She helped me pick out better frames for my face. I picked them up 10 days later, was fitted to make sure the arms were properly adjusted, and I've been happy with their 'performance.'

The only thing I will say is that when compared to some other companies they're on the expensive side. Otherwise, totally happy with the product.

I'd buy from them again.
