Please believe me when I tell you this is no joke. I ordered a purse on 12/14/18. I have yet to receive any notification that it has shipped. Yet the charged my card immediately. When I contacted them today to inquire about my order, they responded that they have experienced this same issue, of the item being stuck in "Pre-shipment" status with other customers, and that they are trying to implement better practices. They suggest that I check back in a few days. And if it is not shipped within 20 days, they will reissue the order. They have no live support. You can only contact them via email. Furthermore, their website makes no mention that the products they sell are being shipped from China. And their response to my complaint is that they the items is waiting to be sent to a USPS facility and that it "should" make it to a USPS facility. So what's next? If they try to re-issue the order, will it also try to charge my account again???

They charged my Acct 4/19 same day I ordered it and I have yet to recieve it. They keep asking me to be patient. FedEx label was finally created 5/3 but that's it. Just a label was created. No shipment has actually occurred still

Normally, it takes us 3-7 business days to process the order.
Because we are upgrading our warehouse, there might be some delay.
And we have already cancelled your order as you requested, and refunded to your Paypal account,and provided you the transaction ID.

Purchased an item that is defective. It won't even turn on. Asked how I can get a refund. They told me to insert a battery. I told them that of course I inserted a battery, but it still won't operate. Asked them again how I go about getting a refund, three times now. They won't even respond.

After I posted it, only then did they tell me I would get a refund. But they told me to 'wait for the reply'. So I did. Within 2 days they replied and asked me, How do you know the product is defective junk if you didn't use it?" And then they suggested that I try different batteries. And then they said they will send me another one if the other batteries don't work. I replied that I cannot use it if it won't turn on and that I have tried multiple batteries of different brands with no luck. And that I do not wish to have a replacement. That I wish to have my account refunded. This is the fourth time now I have asked about how I get my refund and they refuse to answer the question. I have all the emails saved and I m documenting the case very carefully.
