Please believe me when I tell you this is no joke. I ordered a purse on 12/14/18. I have yet to receive any notification that it has shipped. Yet the charged my card immediately. When I contacted them today to inquire about my order, they responded that they have experienced this same issue, of the item being stuck in "Pre-shipment" status with other customers, and that they are trying to implement better practices. They suggest that I check back in a few days. And if it is not shipped within 20 days, they will reissue the order. They have no live support. You can only contact them via email. Furthermore, their website makes no mention that the products they sell are being shipped from China. And their response to my complaint is that they the items is waiting to be sent to a USPS facility and that it "should" make it to a USPS facility. So what's next? If they try to re-issue the order, will it also try to charge my account again???
