I wanted to treat my family tonight to Panera Bread because I'm not able to cook for them because of a medical procedure and just got home from the hospital. I had a friend of mine pick up food, and when he dropped it off, I noticed that 5 items were not there, but they sure charged me for it. I called twice and spoke to 2 employees, and they both put me on hold to get the manager, and after 20+ min between both calls, they hung up before I was able to speak to the manager. I paid close to $60 for me and my children, but I wasn't able to make sandwiches for them tonight and for their lunches in the morning for school. They were so disappointed. Panera just threw in 3 small bags of chips instead of the foccacia breads and french bagguets that I ordered. So 2 of my children had to eat something else. I drove up to the location to see what was going on, and the manager on duty was a short African American female around 25-30 years old. She was very rude to me the entire time and offered me 2 options of bread replacement that I told her my children would not eat, but she didn't care and insisted that's the only 2 options. I asked for her for a refund for the items that I paid for but did not receive, and she took my receipt and rudely walked away with an attitude as she mumbled something. I kept my composure the entire time and didn't raise my voice once, but she seemed too busy to deal with me and seemed very preoccupied with something in the back. She didn't apologize once and didn't say thank you for coming in for the mix-up.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE the Panera app and do not go inside. I've had issue with 2 seperate locations. Seems like it's a theme going on.

Half the food because I received 5 itemes but never received 5 others for my Children. They just threw in 3 bags of chips because they just don't care.

I purchase an order for my 7 year old son. Ups lost order and I had to call 7 times to try and get it resolved and 3 of them simply hung up on me. They don't want to help anyone. I will never buy for them again. The worse company I've dealt with.

My wife came in to best buy and wanted to purchase 2 pairs of samsung earbuds from then but she specifically asked the sales employee if she could exchange them if they're defective. Employee said yes without any issues even though the sale was through samsung but had to be picked up at that best buy location. She asked before the purchase and when she picked both pairs up, one of them were defective so she went back to best buy to exchange them for another pair and manager said that we would have to go through samsung. Manager said that we will train their employees better on the policies and simply apologized. This is the last time we will be shopping there. The worse experience to date.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I lost $400 on 1st day using them on a transfer. They Do not care that it's their fault and they simply will not refund your lost crypto for any reason. They just want your money and won't give you any support when they're responsible for losing your funds. A total joke. They are thieves. Buyer beware! If I could give ZERO star, I would.

I purchased shoes from seller cmc001 and despite their rating, 95% of all sellers will steal your money, send wrong size shoes, will not refund your money and the tag size inside shoe will be what you ordered but insole size is much smaller. Company needs to be shut down. They are only getting away with stealing from us because China and the CCP allows them to do it. China is a joke and this company is a fraud. You have been warned. STAY AWAY!

Do not ever buy from them. STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
