I am new to Surrey and had to find a new vet so I read the reviews of three vets and subsequently chose Sullivan's. I was able to get an appt immediately resulting in rectifying the medical issue. I then decided to proceed with a cleaning. The vet contacted me by phone following the exam and provided all the details on the next procedure. He phoned subsequent to the cleaning to advise of her recovery and then when I went to pick her up, the vet tech provide full details on the f/u procedures and then the vet came out with written detail for me to take. He also phoned the following day to see how my dog was doing. Unbelievable service. Thank you, I believe I chose well.

Granview Vancouver Location.
I purchased a set of four winter tires as a Xmas gift for my son online and scheduled a date for installation.
My son brought his vehicle in to the shop. I received a call later that morning from the technician advising that my son's tires were winter / M&S and in good shape so I did not need the tires. Was advised that they were going to contact my son to come & pick up his vehicle and that I can go online to cancel the order for a full refund.
That is going above & beyond the call of duty from this store and saved me a lot of money.
I am very impressed and will choose CDN Tire as my first choice for purchases. Thank you so much for being so honest.

Grandview location Vancouver; i had purchased winter tires for my son as a Christmas gift and scheduled a date and time for installation. I received a call from the mechanic the scheduled morning and advised that his tires were All Season M&S tires therefore the winter tires were not necessary. I received a full refund. I feel he went that extra mile to save a customer unnecessary expense which was really kind. I will continue to shop at CDN Tire and recommend others.

As someone mentioned below, should have read the reviews first. I paid $80 CDN back at the start of September and gave them more than the 25 business days to deliver. It is now Nov 2,2020 and still no bed. Their response is that it got stuck in transit, same as review below. I got scammed, I am sure and am a widow on a pension.
