Having a sometimes stressful job I found these tablets put me at ease on a permanent basis. I can now function under trying, confrontational situations without blinking an eye. I have been using them for about two years with no side effects and, apart from one a day when I started using them, I went to half a tablet every other day and I found this worked fine.
