I spent £900 with first bathrooms and was appalled by the lack of customer service. I experienced premature debating of credit card, delayed deliveries,, broken promises on dates, confusing messages from staff, many an hour on telephone hold. The worst point was the refusal of a manager to accelerate my complaint. Where are you mr Roden. If you really want to know what it's like to be a customer of your company let me enlighten you!
