I ordered a garage door opener from them that cost $39.38 with free shipping. It did not work with my garage door. When I asked to return it I was told I would have to pay return shipping AND the amount of the shipping charges to me would be deducted from my refund. When I sent emails stating I did not agree I got no response. I will return it to them and get a partial refund but I will never do business with them again.
