My guests and I waiting 30 minutes longer than the stated delivery time only to find that not one but FIVE side items at $2.49 each had been omitted. I first chatted, and then called to speak with a manager. All they can do for me is give me a $10 BS credit. I pointed out that I paid $12.45 for the missing items before tax and fees. So sorry, take $10 store credits or nothing. That is not incompetence, that is fraud and trickery. It's a good thing their initials are BS cause that's what this is: bull$#*! ripoff. I've ordered regularly from BS for years. That won't happen again.
