Worst company ever. After two attempts at receiving a ring which was faulty, then 2 sizes too large, I asked for my money to be refunded in full. After 3 e-mails to this effect I finally got a call saying a cheque was in the mail but minus the original postage I paid. I argued that the cancellation of the order was due to their inefficiency, not my fault, but was flatly refused the postage amount. I am now well out of pocket because of this unprofessional, inefficiently run company.
Will NEVER deal with them again!
HOORAY for common sense. An update as I had a phone call today apologising from Bradford Exchanges Marketing Manager saying that I will be refunded my postage. Thanks so much:)
