Further to my review a few months ago about a Sakroots wallet with broken zip, I recently decided to contact the Australian distributor. Christine and Nicole were extremely polite and helpful. They addressed the problem and issued a replacement. The service was without fault.

In 2016 I purchased a large Sakroots wallet. A few months later I returned it to the shop as the stitching started to come apart. I was able to exchange and I paid a few more dollars at the time for a similar wallet. It is now two years further and the zipper is no longer working. Firstly I love the brand, it has amazing colours and designs, and the fact that it supports the North American butterfly. However I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. I would have expected more for the price of the wallet (it wasn't cheap junk). Due to the time I have had the wallet I of course cannot receive a refund. The store did offer me a 10% good will discount if I decided to purchase another. I won't.

Bought two purses from Sakroots, the first one I loved the colors and design. Easy to clean...
