Said my product should come between 3-5 working days, it didn't arrive in time so I emailed them and brought myself another outfit. They eventually emailed me back saying they had 7 days off (did not inform me) and that it will be shipped now. I asked for a refund as I no longer needed said item and they point blank refused. Easily worst company I have ordered from. I wish I read the reviews before!
