Received a wrong product. Spent hours trying to contact customer service multiple times, and the third party seller "BeautyPOP" just IGNORED me & the issue. Wrote a review on Walmart.com to make sure no other victims going through the same bad experience, but it does not get uploaded even after a few weeks. It seems that Walmart.com manipulates the reviews by blocking low star reviews from being uploaded.
On the contrary, I have never had a bad experience with Amazon. If shipping is late, their customer service is always helpful and I usually get refund even if package arrives later.
However, Walmart customer service ignores customers even when wrong product is delivered. It is the complete opposite. Very disappointing and painful experience. Just "Stay Away".
